i have recently started making pesto, and it is awesome, and delicious, and i want more. So far i have only made beet pesto, and cilantro pesto. i don't know which one i love more. does anyone have any good pesto recipes or ideas? pesto is pretty basic and universal in terms of the base of ingredients, so i could probably figure out a recipe if i just got some new ideas on what to use as the base. What base ingredient does your favorite pesto utilize? what can i sub out the beets or cilantro with? thank you for any ideas :)
