We recently visted a small Italian restaurant in Glasgow(Amalfi) where i had an Italian dish that was served in tin foil. Ingredients included:
spaghetti chicken, onion, peppers, mushroom, tomato and cream, topped with mozzarella cheese there wasn't a lot of tomato in the dish, but it did have a faint redness to it.
This came served to the table as a small package in Foil. I would love to find the method to cooking this if anyone has any ideas.
