I've been brewing beer with a friend and instead of him chucking out all the spent grain I've decided that I'm going to bake and cook with it -- any and all recipes welcome! I'm very excited to make something delicious. Also, any tips when it comes to drying the grain, cooking with it, etc? Thanks!
