Simple lamb chops.

This is a favourite in my house as it is delicious and incredibly simple. It makes 6 chops that are roughly the size of your palm. Can be adjusted as you like.

Ingredients:

Lamb chops

Packet of French onion soup powder.

Method:

Preheat oven to 200c

Place lamb chops into a large casserole dish.

Sprinkle soup packet over the chops and rub the mixture in.

Flip them over in the dish and repeat on the other side.

Place dish into oven with the lid on.

Cook for approximately 50 mins or until thoroughly cooked.

Serve with sides, I recommend mashed potatoes and vegetables with gravy.
