I really like stir-frys for a few reasons. They are easy to prepare and cook and they usually raise the flavour and texture of the combined vegetables to create what I think is a well-balanced meal. This stir fry blends a few subtle flavours together. There is a hint of ginger, soy as well as sweet chilli that combine to create a very satisfying taste. Mixed through with hokkien noodles makes this a good addition to your range of quick and easy weeknight dinners.
Ingredients:
• 450 g Kokkien Noodles, usually 1 packet
• 2 tbsp Peanut Oil
• 500 g Beef Strips
• 1 Red Onion Diced
• 2 cloves Garlic, crushed
• 1 tbsp Ground Ginger
• 300 g Broccoli, cut into florets
• 1 Red Capsicum, chopped
• 1/2 cup Peas, frozen
• 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
• 1/2 cup Sweet Chilli Sauce
