Cheesy Pull-Apart Pesto Bread

This is a simple, yet tasty snack to have when you are sitting around watching the football and having a drink. It’s also a great appetiser to serve to your guests before dinner. Make your own dough to form the little balls that are easily pulled from the loaf covered in melted cheese and basil pesto. Once you start pulling it apart, it’s hard to stop.

Ingredients:
• 250 g Bread Flour, plus extra for dusting
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1 tsp Yeast
• 150 ml Warm Water
• 1 tsp Olive Oil, extra virgin
• 150 g Basil Pesto
• 60 g Shredded Cheese, I use 3 cheese combo
