A traditional Indian Breakfast also known as Poha in India.
Ingredients
400 gms - Uncooked Flattened Rice Flakes (a.k.a - Poha)
3 - Onion
To taste - Salt
1/2 Tsp - sugar
2-3 Tbsp - Oil
1 Tsp - Mustard seeds
A pinch - Asafoetida (a.k.a - Hing)
5-6 - Curry Leaves
5-6 - Green Chilies
1/2 Tsp - Turmeric powder
1 Tsp - Lemon Juice
A bunch - Coriander leaves
To taste - Bhujiya/Namkeen
1 - Tomatoes
Method

Wash the Poha((Uncooked Flattened Rice Flakes). Poha should be moist but not mashed.

Add salt & sugar and mix it very lightly

Heat Oil in pan, and mustard seeds, and when they splutter, add hing(Asafoetida) and curry Leaves. Sauté for 1-2mins. Now add finely chopped onions, and sauté it for 2-3mins

Add chopped green chilies, add turmeric powder and mix it well. Sauté it for 2mins

Add Poha (Uncooked Flattened Rice Flakes) into the Pan

Mix and cook till Poha is heated through. Add lemon juice and mix it lightly

Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped onions and tomatoes. Add bhujiya/namkeen while serving.
