[Help] Need help improve my Oat Cereal bar recipe

So, I wanted to make some kind of cereal bar I can take to work or eat as a snack.

So I got myself some ingredients and started with these

Ingredients: * 2c. Rolled oats

  • 1/2c. Pumpkin seeds

  • 1/2c. Sunflower seeds

  • 1/2c. Sesame

  • 1/2c. Raisins

  • 2 Eggwhites

  • 3 tbsp. Crunchy peanutbutter

  • 3 tbsp. Honey

  • 3 tsp. Coconut oil

  • 1/2 tsp. Salt

  • Cinnamon to taste

I then proceeded to: 0. preheat oven to 150C (~300F ?)

  1. In a bowl mix 1 tbsp. of Honey with 3 tsp. Coconut oil and 1/2 tsp. salt, then add the rolled oats and place on baking try lined with baking paper

  2. bake rolled oat mix for 5-7min or until golden brown

  3. place toastet oats in bowl, add the rest of the ingredients except the eggwhites

  4. mix and let cool a little, then add eggwhites and mix again

  5. place on baking tray lined with nonstick paper, shape to rectangle and bake for 20mins at 160C

  6. remove from oven, cut into bars while hot then let cool on wire rack.

The bars look somewhat like this. It tastes good, but it's a little dry. So my question to you guys would be what can i do to add a little moisture to it, but still have a rather crunchy texture?

Thanks in advance!

bon appetit
