Mushrooms stuffed with spinach

Ingredients

400 gram (g) champignons 700 gram (g) spinach 1 cloves onion 1 cloves garlic pinch of sea salt pinch of pepper 

Directions

1. Clean the mushrooms and separate the stems that I cut small. I also cut up onions and garlic. 2. When the onion stew, put garlic, chopped stalks, spinach and spices. 3. All together a little stew, and then fill the mushrooms. I put them in the preheated oven for half an hour. 4. The temperature depends on your oven, to me they are baked to 200. 5. Since the spinach does not look very impressive in this form, when the mushrooms were done sprinkled them with garlic powder.
