Hello, hopefully this is the right place to ask. I am looking for a good recipe for banh xeo (Bánh xèo), a Vietnamese dish. I am requesting an easy one to follow because I'm honestly not the best cook but would still like to make this for a special occasion. I'm going through the google results right now, but any help is much appreciated!
