Hi there, I was thinking about decorating some cookies for the up coming holidays. My issue is none of my family enjoy sugar cookies or shortbread cookies.
I was thinking of making snickerdoodles or gingersnaps, but the tops come out all cracked. Is there a way to stop this, or another type of cookie flavor I could use?
Also, does anyone have a recipe for better tasting icing sugar? Sometimes I find it tastes a bit chemical like, could just be that it's generally from store bought cookies though.
Any help is appreciated. :)
