Saturday I need to have some sort of an entree for 20+ people to add to a buffet style dinner for a wedding rehearsal. There will be a few other things there but I have been tasked with coming up with an entree of some sort. Just looking for any recipes you may have that would some what easy to make for 20+ people. Any and all suggestions welcome! Thanks.
