My boyfriend is Italian and we are going on a low sugar, borderline paleo diet. He says the hardest thing to give up would be his pastas and Chicken parm. I am looking to make him grilled chicken with low sugar sauce and Mozzarella cheese on it over spaghetti squash to see if it measures up. I can't find a good low sugar sauce recipe. Please help!
