- 6 cups low-sodium chicken broth

- 2-3 large carrots

- 1 small zucchini
- 1 small onion
- 4-5 cloves garlic
- several sprigs fresh herbs like thyme or rosemary
- 1Tbsp coconut oil
- sea salt and pepper to taste
Dumpling Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 1/2 cups arrowroot flour
- 2 tsp garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp raw honey
- 1/8 cup coconut milk, full fat
- 2 tsp rosemary minced
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
