Request: I have an insane amount of Gochujang and have no idea what to do with it.

Like the title says, i recently procured a big 'ol tub of Gochujang. I don't really know what to do with it; I've tried putting it in other Asian dishes I cook, but it doesn't seem to click.

Does anyone know of anything that I could do with it in bulk? Maybe a good sauce for BBQ or something similar?
