Buffalo Chicken Dip

As a person that loves Buffalo Chicken. This Buffalo Chicken Recipe Dip is an excellent party food appetizer for your future parties.

Ingredients:

  • Frozen Chicken Breast (min. 3 breasts)
  • 1 pkg. Cream Cheese (any brand, although I enjoy Philly’s the best)
  • 1 cup Ranch Dressing (any brand, but Hidden Valley is my favorite)
  • 1 cup Red Hot sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions:

  1. Using a large pan, you will need to place your frozen chicken breasts inside. Cover with water and place on HIGH on your stove top. Allow to boil for about 20 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked (absolutely NO pink!).

  2. In a large bowl/crock pot, mix 1 pkg. Cream Cheese (melted), Ranch dressing, Red Hot and Cheddar Cheese.

  3. Once your chicken is fully cooked, you are going to shred your chicken with a fork and toss into bowl/crock pot with your other ingredients.

  4. Heat in microwave, or in crock pot for about thirty minutes and you will have the most yummy dip around! Serve with veggies, chips, crackers, or as a dip for Mexican themed party. To make it more spicy, add more Red Hot; and to make it less spicy, just add less!
