Double the malt, double the deliciousness. If you're a fan of chocolate malt, you'll enjoy the chocolate malt in the batter and the malted milk balls too.
Ingredients:
- 1 3/4 all-purpose flour
- 3 large eggs, beaten
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate malt powder
- 1 1/2 cups malted milk balls, cut in half
- 11 ounces milk chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, chocolate malt powder, salt, and baking powder.
- Slice the malted milk balls in half and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter for 1 minute on low.
- Add the chocolate chips and whisk for 3 minutes.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat.
- Add the sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and whisk together.
- Add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients and stir until smooth.
- Pour into a greased 13X9 baking dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle on malted milk balls.
- Bake for 350°F for 30-35 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
- Makes 12 big brownies, enjoy!
