I need easy cooking ideas for a man that doesn't cook much besides grilled cheese and eggs.

My wife is out of town for the day and I need some easy recipes to make for my spouse. She loves all types of food, and I am a picky eater, so I am kinda limited on what I like, so nothing too extreme or hard to make. But yet, I would like to impress her.
