I'm honestly not sure what this is called, but I had it about 5 years ago in the Bethel, CT restaurant called Bangkok. I attempted to contact them several times, but never received any response. Unfortunately, the owner and head chef both passed in a plane crash this past year. It was similar to pico de gallo in consistency and style, but it is very much southeast asian in flavor. Heavy in cilantro, vinegar and lime, but tons of other amazing flavors in it.
