Serving: - 2 Mugs [8 fl oz each]
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup milk (preferably almond)
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 tbsp. maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons matcha powder
- 1/2 cup hot water
Directions:
- Sift the matcha powder to get rid of lumps.
- Put the powder into a mug, add hot water and half of coconut milk over it.
- Whisk slowly until it becomes smooth.
- Add the remaining coconut milk.
- Add a sweetener to taste.
- Serve.
