Matcha Coconut Latte

Serving: - 2 Mugs [8 fl oz each]

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup milk (preferably almond)
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp. maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons matcha powder
  • 1/2 cup hot water

Directions:

  1. Sift the matcha powder to get rid of lumps.
  2. Put the powder into a mug, add hot water and half of coconut milk over it.
  3. Whisk slowly until it becomes smooth.
  4. Add the remaining coconut milk.
  5. Add a sweetener to taste.
  6. Serve.
