Serving: - 24 cupcakes
Ingredients:
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 tbsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 tbsp. salt
- 1/2 cup soy l
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp. matcha powder
- 6 ounce butter at room temperature
- 2/3 cup milk
Directions:
- Take a bowl and mix dry ingredients like flour, baking powder, salt and matcha green tea. You may also use electric mixture to mix.
- Add butter, egg, milk and sugar in the mixture, and mix until it becomes smooth.
- In an even way, pour the batter into the cupcake maker after basing with cupcake papers.
- Bake for approx. 20 minutes using an oven preheated at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Finally, after 20 mins, check whether the cakes are cooked using a toothpick.
- Serve.
