Matcha Cupcakes

Serving: - 24 cupcakes

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tbsp. baking powder
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tbsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup soy l
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp. matcha powder
  • 6 ounce butter at room temperature
  • 2/3 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Take a bowl and mix dry ingredients like flour, baking powder, salt and matcha green tea. You may also use electric mixture to mix.
  2. Add butter, egg, milk and sugar in the mixture, and mix until it becomes smooth.
  3. In an even way, pour the batter into the cupcake maker after basing with cupcake papers.
  4. Bake for approx. 20 minutes using an oven preheated at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  5. Finally, after 20 mins, check whether the cakes are cooked using a toothpick.
  6. Serve.
