Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo

A delicious 10-ingredient fettuccine alfredo with some grilled chicken and steamed broccoli, enjoy.

Ingredients:

  • 16 ounces fettuccine
  • 12 ounces chicken, cooked and chopped
  • 1 3/4 cups parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 1/2 cups broccoli, steamed
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 4 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:

  1. In large pot, bring water to a rolling boil and stir in 3 teaspoons salt.
  2. Add the fettuccine and stir occasionally.
  3. Once pasta is cooked, about 10 minutes, drain and set aside.
  4. In a large skillet, over medium heat, melt the butter.
  5. Toss in the minced garlic and heavy cream and whisk together.
  6. Add parmesan cheese, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and continue to whisk.
  7. Add the cooked pasta, cooked and chopped chicken, and steamed broccoli.
  8. Combine all ingredients and simmer for 3 minutes on low heat.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
