Ingredients
- 1 package corn tortillas
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil (can also use lard, 1/4 cup)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cinnamon
Cooking
- cut tortillas into triangle chip shapes. fry them in oil/lard until golden brown and crispy. mix cinnamon and sugar in a bowl or a deep sided dish. after chips are golden brown, remove them from oil and let drain on a paper towel and cooling rack or plate. when mildly warm, toss chips in cinnamon and sugar.
