Ingredients:
2 cups shredded coconut, unsweetened
½ cup coconut oil (scant)
5 scoops Cocoa
1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
½ tsp vanilla powder or extract pinch of sea salt
Combine cocoa powder, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla and salt in a food processor.
Add shredded coconut and pulse until just combined.
Refrigerate for 5 minutes and roll into 1” balls with your hands.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Makes 32 macaroons.
