My dad just came home with a bunch of live calamari and besides just the typical way of frying them, I was wondering if you guys have any special way of preparing calamari. Figured since we have a lot, I could try different recipes.
Or if you have an unorthodox way of making your breading for calamari, I'd like to give them a try too!
