Hey all. For christmas, I ordered 1 kilo of beef wellington from my butcher. I really don't want to screw up such an expensive cut so I need some advice.
- How long do you bake it for? *What temp? *What sauce goes well with it? I was thinking of green peppercorn sauce.
I am pairing the Beef Wellington with roasted herb young potatoes and green beans with browned butter and almonds.
