Avocado toast with a hint of chilli

INGREDIENTS

sourdough bread

1 avocado, cut into small chunks

2 roma tomatoes, cut in quarters

1 birds eye chilli, finely sliced

¼ cup cilantro

1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Toast the sourdough bread

In a mixing bowl combine the avocado, roma tomatoes, chilli, cilantro and salt and pepper.

Top the toasted sourdough bread with the avocado mixture.
