Looking for a recipe for Low Country style Shrimp and Grits

There's a number of recipes out there but none that I've seen that incorporates Tasso Ham. And my family all lives in Charleston so that's just the style I prefer. Does anyone know of a recipe or have a link to one that includes Tasso?
