Making two hams for my Christmas party this year, looking for two great recipes!

I have two bone-in ham shanks that aren't flavored or smoked with anything so I get to mess with them however I see fit. The party is tomorrow so I'm looking for two unique recipes to wow the guests. Off the top of my head I'm thinking of doing one with a more traditional sweet glaze and the other with more of a Christmas-spiced twang kind of thing. Any ideas are appreciated!
