Ingredients:
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 8 ounces miniature chocolate chips
- 12 Waffle Cones
Directions:
- In a large bowl, start by whisking together the ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, pour in the whipping cream and begin whipping until peaks form.
- Once fluffy, fold in cream to ricotta mixture.
- Add the chocolate chips and continue folding until combined.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- During that time, break up waffle cones.
- Serve cold and enjoy!
