Cannoli Dip

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 8 ounces miniature chocolate chips
  • 12 Waffle Cones

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, start by whisking together the ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
  2. In a separate bowl, pour in the whipping cream and begin whipping until peaks form.
  3. Once fluffy, fold in cream to ricotta mixture.
  4. Add the chocolate chips and continue folding until combined.
  5. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  6. During that time, break up waffle cones.
  7. Serve cold and enjoy!
