Classic Reuben Dip

For Reuben lovers near and far- Enjoy the classic flavors known from the popular sandwich, now in dip form.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Russian dressing
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 16 ounces sauerkraut, dried
  • 16 ounces corned beef, chopped
  • 16 ounces Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 loaf Italian bread, sliced

Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Russian dressing, and black pepper.
  2. In a baking dish, add the sauerkraut then corned beef, followed by the Swiss cheese.
  3. Pour over the mixture and spread evenly.
  4. Bake in the oven for 350°F for 20-25 minutes.
  5. During that time, slice up your bread.
  6. Remove the dip and turn up your oven to 400°F.
  7. Toast the bread for 10 minutes or until crispy.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
