For Reuben lovers near and far- Enjoy the classic flavors known from the popular sandwich, now in dip form.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup Russian dressing
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 16 ounces sauerkraut, dried
- 16 ounces corned beef, chopped
- 16 ounces Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 loaf Italian bread, sliced
Directions:
- In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Russian dressing, and black pepper.
- In a baking dish, add the sauerkraut then corned beef, followed by the Swiss cheese.
- Pour over the mixture and spread evenly.
- Bake in the oven for 350°F for 20-25 minutes.
- During that time, slice up your bread.
- Remove the dip and turn up your oven to 400°F.
- Toast the bread for 10 minutes or until crispy.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
