Gluten-free Cherry Cookies with Chocolate toppings

Delicious cherry cookies with chocolate toppings that will surprise not just you, but also your guests. But the best part is, no one will ever notice that it is gluten-free!

Ingredients:

19 Oz of Gluten-free cookie chocolate mix (Betty Crocker)

Instant chocolate pudding and pie mix

A cup of cherries (dried)

Chopped pecans

Melted butter (1/2 cup)

2 eggs

A teaspoon of vanilla

Whipping cream (1/4 cup)

Chocolate chips

Prepare a hot oven, setting it to 350 degrees F. Mix, in a large bowl, the gluten-free cookie mix, pudding and pie mix, a cup of dried cherries, pecans, butter, 2 eggs, and the vanilla until it forms a soft dough. Form cookie-sized doughs in a separate cookie lining sheet and flatten it. Bake these for about 9-11 minutes in the hot oven, and cool it for around 2 minutes. Remove the baked cookies from the oven and let it cool completely at room temperature. Meanwhile, place the chocolate chips and cream into a microwaveable bowl. Place the bowl in the microwave for about 30-45 seconds at a high temperature. Stir until it smoothens, then pour a teaspoon amount on each of the baked cookies.
