Individual Baked Eggs

A delicious and easy way to prepare baked eggs for a crowd or a nice Sunday brunch.

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp. unsalted butter, plus more for ramekins

  • 1 tsp. salt

  • 1 tsp. freshly ground pepper

  • 4 eggs

  • 4 tsp. heavy cream

  • 4 tsp. grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese (optional)

  • Other ingredients for base or toppings

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350F.

Butter ramekins lightly.

Add whatever ingredients you like to the bottom of ramekin.

Add 1 egg per ramekin.

Add 1 tsp cream and small pat of butter.

Sprinkle with cheese, if desired.

Bake for about 15 minutes, checking frequently during the last 5 minutes to get the proper amount of doneness.
