Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops

If you have 25 minutes, you can make these pork chops...and you will definitely want more.

Ingredients:

  • 4 large pork chops
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 lemon, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:

  1. Take out pork chops 20 minutes prior to cooking.
  2. Once room temperature, salt and pepper both sides.
  3. Roll each pork chops in the parmesan.
  4. Next, dip pork chops in the egg.
  5. Place pork chops in bread crumbs and cover thoroughly.
  6. In a large skillet, on medium heat, heat olive oil.
  7. Once hot, place pork chops in skillet for 5 minutes.
  8. Flip and continue to cook for another 5 minutes.
  9. Garnish with lemon wedge.
  10. Enjoy your chops!
