Ingredients:
8 Boneless (my personal preference, you could do bone-in) Pork Chops
6 Tablespoons AP Flour
1 Tbsp Kosher Salt or 1.5 tsp regular salt
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
4 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 250°F.
Preheat a skillet and the oil over medium heat.
In a pan or wide bowl, mix together the flour, salt, and pepper.
Press your pork chops into the flour mixture on both sides.
Place one or two floured pork chops in your skillet at a time, frying on both sides until golden brown (about a minute and a half or two per side).
Finally, place the browned pork chops in a buttered 9"x13" baking dish, cover with foil, and bake them for 1-2 hours (the longer you bake, the more tender they will get).
I didn't get a picture of them alone, but here's one served with some green beans and scalloped potatoes.
bon appetit
