Hey everyone, i'm going through a rough time at the moment and as a result i have absolutely no motivation to cook or eat. I don't physically feel hungry when i'm this stressed either, so i generally only eat 1 meal a day. I was just after some suggestions for really easy meals or just tings i can snack on during the day when I can't force myself to cook at all. At the moment i carry around rice crackers everywhere to snack on to compensate for not being able to eat breakfast/lunch.

Also it might be important to mention im on a tight budget for food ($50 a week.)
