Help! I've been pressured into cooking 40+ pork spare ribs for 5 adults and 4 kidson a business trip with one day notice !

I'm in the middle of no where (an hour to the nearest "grocery store" which has VERY limited options. ) Hell I'm willing to buy a cheap smoker if it will help... Anyone? Please? Help? I do have a normal kitchen to work with.
