Japanese Fried Chicken

This version of Japanese Fried Chicken has a delightful taste. Mushroom, carrot and zucchini infuse a satisfactory flavor in chicken. Serve as side dish in your menu.

Ingredients

  • Chicken ½ kg (julian cut)
  • Garlic 4-5 (finely chopped)
  • Mushroom ½ cup (slices)
  • Carrots 1 (slices)
  • Zucchini 1 (slices)
  • Chicken powder 1 tbsp
  • Tomato paste 2 tbsp
  • Sesame seed oil ½ tsp
  • Dark soya sauce or salt as required
  • Oil as required
  • Lemon juice ( according to your taste )

Cooking Directions

Take a cooking pan add oil, warm it then saute chopped garlic cloves, now add chicken and fry until it changes the color. Now add tomato paste, mushroom, carrot and zucchini; mix it well and fry then add chicken powder and dark soya sauce or salt. At last add sesame seed oil mix it and take it out in a serving platter and serve it.
