This version of Japanese Fried Chicken has a delightful taste. Mushroom, carrot and zucchini infuse a satisfactory flavor in chicken. Serve as side dish in your menu.
Ingredients
- Chicken ½ kg (julian cut)
- Garlic 4-5 (finely chopped)
- Mushroom ½ cup (slices)
- Carrots 1 (slices)
- Zucchini 1 (slices)
- Chicken powder 1 tbsp
- Tomato paste 2 tbsp
- Sesame seed oil ½ tsp
- Dark soya sauce or salt as required
- Oil as required
- Lemon juice ( according to your taste )
Cooking Directions
Take a cooking pan add oil, warm it then saute chopped garlic cloves, now add chicken and fry until it changes the color. Now add tomato paste, mushroom, carrot and zucchini; mix it well and fry then add chicken powder and dark soya sauce or salt. At last add sesame seed oil mix it and take it out in a serving platter and serve it.
