Mummy Halloween Cupcakes

• Ingredients

  • 1 Duncan Hines White Cake Mix
  • 2 Egg Whites
  • 1 Whole Egg
  • 1C Water
  • ¼C Vegetable Oil
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • Directions
  • Preheat Oven to 350°
  • Place cake mix into a large bowl. Whisk until most lumps are gone.
  • Add eggs, water, vanilla, and oil
  • Whisk until smooth
  • Add 12 drops of neon green food coloring
  • Stir ( Add more food coloring if desired)
  • Place in lined cupcake pan
  • Bake for 15 minutes
