Orange Chicken Sauce:
- 1.5 cups of orange juice
- 1 tablespoon chinese rice wine
- 2 teaspoons of sesame seed oil
- 2.5 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 teaspoons of seasoned rice vinegar
- 1.5 tablespoons of soy sauce

1 tablespoon of cornstarch mixed with 1 teaspoon of cold water

The egg wash is a key part of making orange chicken. Egg wash is used to bind the flour mixture onto the bite size chicken pieces. The Egg wash also add a flavor component to the chicken.
