Pork Chops with Butternut Squash risotto advice.

Hi guys,

That is my basic idea for a dinner date tonight. I am all set and happy with the basic idea but cant really think of an appropriate glaze to go on the chops, I have looked at maple glazes but think that the meal would then be too sweet.

Any ideas?
