Hi /r/recipes!
I have a cast on my hand that completely restricts the motion of my right thumb and wrist. I am right-handed. And I love to cook, but it's pretty hard when I'm unable to use a knife....
Would you be so kind as to share with me your easy-prep recipes that do not require chopping on constant stirring or lots of dishes? Oh, and are meatless (vegetarian, not vegan. Fish is cool too). Last week I made one-pot pasta and roasted veggies that I bought pre-cut. I want something different and hopefully healthier than pasta, and try to use fresh ingredients if I can help it.
