My dad has mentioned his love of Sea Monster Stew (made by an estranged family member) but I'm unable to find much. I've found Italian, Portuguese & seafood-less versions but not an Irish one. I'm fairly certain it was Irish (or English) as this part of the family was from there.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
