I recently ordered "Potato Pancakes," and I expected a "latke style" pancake. Instead I got what tasted like it was maybe just a regular buttermilk pancake with potatoes and maybe onions grated into it. I'm honestly not sure, as whatever it was was must have been tiny pieces. It might even have been that boxed mashed potato stuff! Has anyone experienced a pancake like this? I'd like to make them, because I've been craving them, as weird as they were!
