What to do with salsa verde?

I visited my parents last weekend and my mom gave me a bunch of tomatillos from the garden. I had no idea what to do with hem, so I made a salsa verde. A rather liquidy one like I've had at a few Mexican restaurants as well as in Mexico itself.

But what do I do with it? I have no idea what sort of recipes I should make using it, and I don't just want to eat it with chips.

Any suggestions? Thanks!
