Grilled beef liver with pomegranate molasses

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zYNSReQm3cI I have tried this recipe and it's really very good and not expensive if you can get beef liver easily. I liked it medium rather than well done, but if you got thick cuts you might need to leave it grill longer than 2 minutes on each side
