Hi there,
I need a dip recipe for Xmas. The dip in question needs to be based off Sundried Tomato Pesto (I bought 2 jars of that... perhaps I should only get one jar?). Should I just add basil and oil? Or should I go for something else? Should I just add sour cream or?
I should add that I'm also having Tzatziki and Hummus as other dips.
All assistance is appreciated!
Note: the sundried tomato pesto is Colavita Red Pesto, I bought 2 jars of 135g each (too much?), and the ingredients are Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Salt, Capers, Vinegar, Spices... see http://ift.tt/1HJJUUv
