I apologize if this has already been asked. I'm looking for a Gingerbread Cookie recipe with not an overly ginger-taste end result. (I like the strong ginger taste, but these will be gifts for family members). I usually use this recipe. However, upon family taste-testing them, they say its too ginger-y. All recipes and advice are welcome. Thank you.
