Fried Spaghetti Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 cup cold leftover spaghetti (ideally in a tomato type sauce)
  • 2 slices Bread
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise

Directions

  1. Toast your bread.
  2. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan. You want it just hot enough to sizzle the spaghetti when you drop it in.
  3. Arrange the spaghetti in the pan to form a patty, about the same size and shape as your bread slices.
  4. When your spaghetti patty is getting pretty brown on one side, and seems nice and crispy, flip it over, and crisp up the other side.
  5. Spread a little mayo on your toasted bread.
  6. When the spaghetti is crisply toasted on both sides, transfer it to a paper towel to soak up at least a little bit of the extra grease.
  7. Place your crispy spaghetti patty on your mayonnaise coated toast, slice in half.
  8. Welcome to America.
