The combination of the sweet taste of banana, of soft chewy sticky rice with fragrant fatty coconut milk, will create an amazing flavor for Grilled Banana wrapped in Sticky Rice with Coconut Recipe (Che Chuoi Nuong). Ingredients

4 bananas (peeled).

2 cup of sticky rice.

500 ml of coconut milk.

4 spoons of tapioca flour.

Peanut (roasted and crushed).

Sugar, salt.

Banana leaves, clingwrap.
Directions
Step 1: Prepare sticky rice
Soak sticky rice overnight in warm water, then rinse again, next pour to basket and wait to dry.
Put sticky rice to the rice cooker, add 200ml of coconut milk with a little water. Notice to immerse the sticky rice in water about one part of phalanx. When boiling water has dried, add more one tablespoon sugar into sticky rice, stir and mix well, continue to steam until it is soft.
Step 2: Grill Banana
Cobble the clingwrap, then add more 1 tablespoon sticky rice on face of clingwrap, spread out in a circle, put one banana on the center of sticky rice, then roll it softly and carefully to make sure sticky rice will cover around the banana, then gently remove the clingwrap out.
Wipe banana leaves clean, cut them into rectangular pieces, then one rectangular banana leaf wrap one sticky rice-banana rolls. Then bring them to grill until bananas become just enough yellow and fragrant.
Step 3: Prepare Coconut sweet soup
Put pot on the stove, pour 300ml coconut milk, ¼ tablespoon of salt, 50 ml water, 1 tablespoon sugar into pot, bring to cook until sugar melts, then mix the flour with 1 cup water and stir together until this mixture is thick, no burnt sugar.
Step 4: Serve Banana wrapped in Sticky Rice with Coconut
Gently peel off banana leaves, slice into small pieces, put on bowl, pour mixture coconut milk and finally sprinkle a little roasted peanut on face. Let’s enjoy a special bowl of grilled Banana wrapped in Sticky Rice with Coconut.
